Files land in your Claude Code folder. The install prints his token ledger on the way in, so you see the cost before the first prompt.

Changed your mind
Uninstall removes exactly the files it installed, listed in the manifest, and touches nothing else in your setup.

Every man has a flagship, the command people install him for. This is that file exactly as it ships, weighed and unedited. Nothing on this page is a mock-up of output we wish it produced.

Every arrow weighed.
Each man ships a manifest listing the token cost of every command, skill and agent file. The install prints it, so you know exactly what he adds to your window before the first prompt.
Counts use cl100k_base, a public tokenizer, chosen so you can reproduce them offline instead of trusting us. Claude's own tokenizer is not published, so treat these as a close estimate rather than an exact figure. That caveat is printed in the manifest too.

Receipts, not testimonials.
We just launched, so there is no praise worth borrowing. Instead, real terminal output, captured from the shipped files by the build script. Run any of it yourself and you should get the same thing.

Prompt packs are being sold as subscriptions. The files are markdown; you can read every one in an afternoon. Charging monthly rent to keep reading them is the part of this business we do not want. So two men are free forever, and the other four cost no money either: hold $MERRY and they are yours. Sell the tokens next week and you keep what you downloaded. The Sheriff takes rent. We take a wallet balance you can get back.

What is MERRYHOOD?
Six departments for Claude Code, each named after one of Robin's band: Little John for engineering, Alan-a-Dale for content, Will Scarlet for video, Much for search, Friar Tuck for the storefront and Maid Marian for the research desk. Each installs slash commands, skills and a review subagent into your existing setup. The counts on this page are read from the shipped files, not typed by hand.
Which part is free, and what is the catch?
Little John and Alan-a-Dale are free forever, for anyone, no wallet needed. Will Scarlet, Much, Friar Tuck and Maid Marian ride with holders: keep at least 1,000,000 $MERRY in a wallet you control and the whole band downloads. The catch, if you want to call it one, is that this is version 1.0.0 and it is young. Six departments, not sixty, and some commands will want a second pass once people report back.
How does holder access actually work?
You connect an EVM wallet and sign a short message. Signing is free and sends no transaction. A small server reads the signature, recovers your address, asks Robinhood Chain how much $MERRY that address holds, and if it is enough, hands you a download link that lives for ten minutes. We never ask for a transaction, a token approval or a seed phrase. Anyone who does, in our name, is a scammer.
Does it work with my existing Claude Code setup?
Yes. Files install into your commands, skills and agents folders, each one prefixed with its department. Nothing edits your CLAUDE.md, nothing overrides your hooks, and uninstall removes exactly the files listed in that man's manifest.
What does "every arrow weighed" actually mean?
Every shipped file is counted with cl100k_base, a public tokenizer, and written to manifest.json. The install prints that ledger and ./merry weigh recounts it on your machine. Claude's own tokenizer is not public, so the number is a close reproducible estimate, not an exact figure. We would rather say that than claim a precision we cannot demonstrate.
What is $MERRY for?
It is the key to the other four men. The coin launches on Robinhood Chain via Pons on 11 Sep at 5 PM UTC. Hold the minimum and the whole band is yours; sell later and you keep the files you already downloaded. The contract address gets published on this page and on X at the same minute. Anything claiming to be $MERRY before then is not us.
Do the commands send my code anywhere?
No. They are markdown instruction files that run inside your own Claude Code session. There is no server, no account and no telemetry in this project. The only network calls are the ones a command tells you it is making, such as fetching a page you asked it to audit.
